- UTokyo Open Campus for High School Students 2020

The University of Tokyo will hold an open campus event online on September 21st and September 22nd, 2020.
PEAK sessions are scheduled as part of the programs for the College of Arts and Sciences on September 21st as below.

PEAK faculty members will be happy to answer your questions about PEAK (Programs in English at Komaba).

●PEAK Demonstration Lecture「Do you understand energy and materials? - to develop a sustainable society -」( in English) by Associate Prof. Yasuki Kansha
Climate change, especially global warming due to CO2 emission from the combustion of fossil fuels, has been a major concern over the last few decades. In order to mitigate global warming, what shall we do? Before answering this question, it is necessary for us to understand the properties of energy and materials. This lecture will start with a discussion of these properties.
