Now the registration for the information seminar is closed.
PEAK information seminar has been scheduled on August 4th and 6th (Japan Standard Time, JST).
It will be an approximately an hour and a half event with information on PEAK, and, Q&A session with faculty members, students, and admissions office staff members.
This information seminar is conducted entirely online using Zoom.
We will hold 2 different sessions.
The first one (1&4) is for those who are interested in the Environmental Sciences (ES) program.
The second one (2&3) is for those who are interested in the Japan in East Asia (JEA) program.
Each session is held twice as shown below and you do not need to attend two ES or JEA sessions since the content will be same.
(The contents of 1&4, 2&3 sessions will be same)
August 4th Tuesday (JST)
1. 10am-11:30am: ES + PEAK, Student Life, and Japanese Languages
2. 4pm-5:30pm: JEA + PEAK, Student Life, and Japanese Languages
August 6th Thursday (JST)
3. 10am-11:30am: JEA + PEAK, Student Life, and Japanese Languages
4. 4pm-5:30pm: ES + PEAK, Student Life, and Japanese Languages

You are asked to select one or more sessions you are going to join.
In case the number of people who are participating in this seminar reaches the capacity, we may need to ask you to attend only one session even if you wish to join multiple sessions. In that case, we will contact you individually later.
Please note that the number of participants is limited. If you would like to join, we highly recommend you register as soon as possible.
If your family or friends are interested in joining the seminar using different devices (computer, smartphones…) from your device, they are strongly advised to register separately from you since the maximum number of participants depends on the number of devices that access our Zoom seminar at the same time.
Once you complete the form, you will see the message "Thank you for filling in the form," and you will automatically receive an email from Google Form.
If you receive the email, your registration is completed. If you do not receive the email, please fill in the form again. However, this email does not confirm your participation. Your participation is confirmed by the email that you will receive sometime from July 27th to July 31st with URL and password to access the information seminar on Zoom.
Your questions may be shared anonymously on our website later and we assume you agree with this once you complete this form.
